The Flash magazine has been done for awhile but it’s an easy way for people to look at something online. Issuu does it free (pro accounts for $19 a month are available.) so you can easily upload a document and then quickly embed it into an HTML page. For Wordpress sites such as this you can install a plug-in for Issuu (search for it lazy fingers) and you’re on your way to self publishing. You can also read a bunch of magazines for free. ISSUU
